Innately talented Artist and Photographer, Nichol Skaggs, will showcase her Art Exhibit entitled "The Feminine Spirit in Nature", beginning November 1 through December 8, 2017 at Great Legs - Winery - Brewery - Distillery - Art Gallery. Free and open to the public.

Meet the Artist.
A welcome reception will kick off the exhibit on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 6:30 pm.
All are welcome to come and explore her intriguing passion for art and photography and meet Nichol. She will be raffling off one of her soulful paintings during her reception and the winner must be present.

"The Feminine Spirit in Nature" is an exploration and celebration of beauty, expressed both in the feminine form and in nature. This exotic mixed media exhibition invites you to experience a feast for ALL the senses. The show will feature original works, paintings and photography, intuitively composed and exclusively created for this event. Paintings and Prints will be available for purchase.

In Nichol's own words, "I consider myself an alchemist; employing elements of nature to transmute ordinary paint on canvas into form that others can deeply connect with in ways that words alone cannot express. As an intuitive artist, my paintings are devotional, the embodiment of prayers, emotions, and spiritual ideas. They honor our profound connection to earth and celebrate the resplendent beauty expressed both in the feminine form and in nature."

Nichol is a true nature lover and lives near Lake Michigan with her husband, Jerry and their son, Quinn. You can learn more about her work at http://www.nicholskaggs.com/

Come see Nichol Skaggs's passionate Art Exhibit during her time with us at Great Legs. Be inspired.

Also featuring this night, bathe in the healing sounds of singing bowls, the Didgeridoo, and Guitar played by Geoff Lamden while sampling some of his Sacred Springs Kombucha.

What is a Didgeridoo? It's a wind instrument developed by Aboriginal peoples of northern Australia. The sound reminds me of the Blue Man Group and Dubstep music. The acid jazz band Jamiroquai were known for their didgeridoo player Wallis Buchanan. https://youtu.be/tc0SG6hRr9o And it's fun to move your hips to! https://youtu.be/cM6SVwWiPRA You will get to hear this wind instrument at the reception Nov. 4!

Please use the green Registration button in the top right corner to RSVP if you know you will be there! It's a Free Raffle and Entry Ticket, but only given in person and to the first upon arrival. Registration also helps me to know how many people to plan for!:) Thank you!
